Sound familiar?

You're good at this.
The business part is harder.

I spent years saying yes to everything, undercharging, and wondering why I was exhausted doing work I genuinely loved. It wasn't a passion problem. I had plenty of that. What I didn't have was a system.

The lower-budget clients weren't the problem. My lack of communication, boundaries, and structure was. Once I fixed that, those same jobs became some of my most profitable.

01

Pricing That Feels Like a Guess Every Time

You pull a number from your gut and hope it's right. Sometimes it works. A lot of times it doesn't. And you're too afraid to charge what you actually need to.

02

You Can't Say No (Even When You Should)

The low-budget inquiry comes in and you take it anyway. You add more than you quoted because that's who you are. And then you wonder why you're so tired.

03

Clients Who Keep Adding Things

They change their minds after you've ordered. They assume things are included that aren't. Without clear expectations set upfront, you end up eating the cost every time.

04

Loving It Less Than You Used To

When the business is chaotic enough for long enough, the work you fell in love with starts to feel heavy. That's not a sign you chose wrong. It's a sign something needs to change.

Imagine this

What your business looks like
with the right system.

You know your profit before you order a single stem.

No more gut-feel pricing. No more wondering if you made money after the event. Your numbers are set before the job begins.

Clients show up already knowing what to expect.

Clear communication from day one means no scope creep, no last-minute changes, and no awkward conversations about what's included.

The business side runs without chaos.

Bookings, production, event day — all of it follows a repeatable system. You're not reinventing the wheel every time a new inquiry comes in.

There's actually time for your life outside of work.

Long walks. Cooking from scratch. Being present with your family. The work you love stops consuming everything else.

Why I built this

Honestly? My body
made me build it.

We don't get into floristry for the organization tools. We get into it because we love design. Because of that connection to something ethereal and beautiful that flowers just have. So it's natural to avoid the emails, the admin, all the to-dos that come with owning a business.

If we were all honest with each other, we wouldn't want the business side of floral design. We'd just want to design. But we're business owners who wear a lot of hats, which means late nights, early mornings, a lot of fast food, eating like a trash panda, and not leaving much room for self-care or anything outside of work. My job really became my identity. The flower market opens early, and in my younger years I'd just stay awake until 3am, go get the flowers, process everything, then sleep. It was not sustainable.

There's so much about floristry that is destined for burnout. And I burned out. My body gave out. I developed some autoimmune issues and had to step away from my work, and I had nothing in place for someone to step in and help.

So I spent the time and energy and money developing the systems I'm going to share with you in this course. Because now, being a florist isn't a state of dumpster fire. I know my profit the second a client signs. I'm more confident, more organized, less stressed. There's more time for my family, for myself, for making food from scratch and going on long walks and actually seeing my friends. That's what these systems gave me back.

I'm sharing all of it so you don't have to get sick to figure it out.

3am

The time I used to stay up before heading to the flower market. These systems exist so you never have to do that either.

"Before I had my Floral Blueprint and these workflows in place, my freelance team could feel the chaos behind the scenes. Now my business runs like a well-oiled machine. My team notices. My clients notice. And my family notices. That's what the right systems actually do. That's what I built this course to give you."

From Cohort 1 students

In their own words.

Before the class, I was struggling with creating an overall structure for à la carte offerings and imagining how I would take orders and execute them in a seamless way. It felt like a really huge project. Now I have the overall framework to really put it all together, and feel confident launching.
Lavenders Student, Cohort 1(name shared privately)
After the course, we could immediately sense which clients were a perfect fit for à la carte. Guiding them felt effortless, boundaries were clear, and four bookings in, each client has seemed to feel taken care of and has delighted in the process.
Hayley & Zachary@hyssop.floral
I was blown away by all the information provided. Way more than I ever thought was going to be included. I knew it was going to be money well spent because all of Janelle's teaching sessions have been. I'll still have work to do on my own, but she couldn't have made it any more easy or valuable.
Shelby Willis@lovehermadlylb
Your templates and explanation of the process made it feel doable and easy. I have the confidence to discuss pricing now. This used to be a barrier for me getting back to customers at all. I am excited to implement à la carte and further my floral business.
Sharon Kelley@kelleyflowerfarm
The steady rush of inquiries left us without healthy boundaries. We never want to overlook smaller requests, each coming from people who see beauty in what we create. But without a system in place, even that joy began to feel heavy. This course gave us a clear path forward. We have zero regrets. Only opportunity to grow. The bookings alone will more than repay your investment.

What actually shifts

Here's what Cohort 1
students experienced.

Before the course
  • Overwhelmed by how to structure à la carte at all
  • No clear minimums — just guessing every time
  • Taking every inquiry because saying no felt wrong
  • Over-delivering on small events, walking away depleted
  • Ghosted by clients after sending quotes that missed their budget
  • Afraid that structure would mean losing the creative work they loved
After the course
  • Clear framework to launch à la carte with confidence
  • Pricing from knowledge — not gut feel or guilt
  • Knowing immediately which clients are the right fit
  • Guiding clients through a process that feels effortless
  • Templates, spreadsheets, and contracts ready to use
  • Structure that made the creative work feel better, not worse

"Having it all put together and packaged felt really supportive. Now there's no decision fatigue, no going back and forth on pricing, no wondering how to word things. There's already a plan laid out. All I have to do is plug and play."

Ready to stop figuring this out alone?

This course is capped at 20 students so every person gets a real 1:1 call with me. Not a group Q&A, not a form submission. Once those spots are gone, enrollment closes.

Is this for me?

This course was built
for a specific florist.

This Is For You If…

  • You're a working florist ready to stop underpricing your work
  • You want a clear, repeatable system for inquiries and bookings
  • You're turning away lower-budget clients but wondering if you should be
  • You've experienced scope creep and want to stop it before it starts
  • You're building (or rebuilding) your à la carte offering from scratch
  • You want to scale without working more hours or hiring a team
  • You're newer to the industry and want to build your business on a solid foundation from the start
  • You're tired of burning out on work you actually love
  • You understand that a real 1:1 call means spots are genuinely limited

This May Not Be For You If…

  • You're not yet taking on paid floral clients
  • You're looking for design tutorials or floral technique instruction
  • You want someone to build the system for you, not teach you to build it
  • You're not willing to set and hold boundaries with clients
Common questions

Before you decide,
let me answer this.

What is à la carte floral design?
À la carte floral design is a pre-set menu model. Instead of building a fully custom proposal for every client from scratch, you offer a curated selection of floral items — bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnières, ceremony pieces — at fixed prices. Clients choose what they need from your menu, you design it beautifully, and everyone knows exactly what they're getting and what it costs. It's streamlined, profitable, and removes most of the back-and-forth that makes full-service florals so exhausting. Think of it as the difference between a restaurant with a menu and one where the chef designs a custom meal for every single table.
I already do some à la carte work. Is this still worth it?
Almost certainly yes. Most florists who come in with some à la carte experience have the pieces but not the system. They're missing the pricing framework, the client communication structure, or the production workflow that makes those jobs consistently profitable. Cohort 1 students who already offered à la carte said the course gave them "the framework to put it all together" and saved them significant time and mental anguish.
How much time does this take? I'm in my busy season.
The course is designed to fit around real florist life. You have 1 year access to the modules, lifetime use of the templates, so you can go through it at your own pace. The students who get the most out of it engage with it consistently, even in smaller chunks. Most find they can move through a module in a focused evening, then implement as they go.
I'm a one-person shop. Is this relevant to me?
This course was built with the solo florist in mind. The whole point of the à la carte model is that it works without a big team. It's specifically designed to help you do more volume with less overhead and chaos. The systems here are built to run lean.
What's the payment plan?
You can pay in full at $897, or choose 3 payments of $349. Both options give you immediate access to the full course and all bonuses, including the 1:1 coaching call. The payment plan is 3 monthly payments of $349, billed automatically 30 days apart.
What makes this different from other floral business courses?
Most floral business education focuses on design, pricing formulas, or general entrepreneurship. This course is specifically about the à la carte model: a complete operational and client system built by someone who runs it in her own business. Every template, script, and workflow in this course is something Janelle actually uses. You're not buying a course built for florists by a business coach. You're buying the playbook of a working florist who cracked this specific problem.
Is this self-paced or do I have to follow a schedule?
The course is self-paced with lifetime access, so you move through it at whatever speed works for your schedule and season. That said, enrollment is capped at 20 students at a time, because every enrollment includes a 60-minute 1:1 call with me after you finish the course, and that's what's realistically possible. Once those spots fill, enrollment closes until the next round.
I'm new to floristry. Do I need an established business to take this course?
No. This course works whether you just started or you've been doing this for years. If you're new, this is actually the perfect place to begin — you get to build your business on a real system from day one instead of figuring it out the hard way later. The framework we cover IS how you establish your business. Pricing, client communication, booking workflows, production systems — it's all here. You don't need experience to start. You just need to be ready to build something that works.

You didn't get into floristry for the spreadsheets.

You got into it because flowers are ethereal and beautiful and there is nothing quite like pulling something together that makes someone cry happy tears. That love doesn't go away — but without the right structure, it gets buried under the chaos of running a business with no system.

This course gives you the structure that protects the part you fell in love with. So the work stays beautiful. And the business actually works.
