DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM FOR YOUR SERVICES?
Yes, Lavenders Studio weddings have a 6k minimum booking budget. If you don’t want to spend that amount we have an a la carte service, Gathered by Lavenders, and the minimum is $600.
DO you travel for weddings?
Yes, we travel domestically and internationally. Travel costs are not included in the minimum 6k booking budget.
What's your average budget?
Most of our Lavenders Studio clients have a floral design budget between 10-30k, we have worked with less and more but find our full scale design budgets have a sweet spot of 15k. Gathered by Lavenders average order value is between 3-6k.
Do you ever participate in styled shoots?
Yes, we love collaborating but do not offer this service for free. Reach out and we can schedule a call and connect to chat about your idea!
Is it okay to add more to my proposal after booking?
Yes, up until 30 days prior to your event we welcome any additions for both our wedding services.
CAN I REMOVE ANY ITEMS FROM MY PROPOSAL AFTER BOOKING?
Yes, we can remove items up to 30 day prior to your event, but the funds are not refunded, rather we reallocate. It's common to have your guest count fluctuate prior to your wedding. For example: If we planned on more centerpieces than needed we can reallocate that design to enhance other items or areas in the proposal.
DO YOU OFFER CANDLES AND OTHER DECOR ELEMENTS FOR MY WEDDING?
Yes, Lavenders Studio clients get acess to our private collection of candles and decor elements, and Gathered by Lavenders clients have the uption to purchase votives when shoping the collection.
WILL I GET A SAMPLE MEETING AFTER BOOKING LAVENDERS STUDIO FOR MY WEDDING?
Yes, we offer a complementary Mock Up meeting if you secure your deposit within 14 days of receiving your Floral Design Proposal.
What is a mockup meeting?
This is an in-studio sample meeting where you can see our work in person and make any changes to the design details. You can also view our Private Collection of design elements while you're at the meeting. Our client often use this time to visualize the full table top design (table top rentals such as chairs, plates, napkins, linen etc.), so collaborating with your wedding planner in advance is advised.
What is a strike?
This service is a scheduled time to handle the floral clean up, pick up and cleaning of our Private Collection rentals, tear down floral installations, and leave your event space as if we were never there. It's an included service for Lavenders Stdio Clients and an add on option for our Gathered clients.
What is a flip?
This service is our on-site repurposing of design elements from ceremony to reception. This service is not always an option based on timing, size of design, and the layout of your venue.
Do you offer in person workshops?
Yes, due to covid-19 we have put those on pause. We will notify you of any 2021 workshops through our newsletter.
Are you still operating during COVID-19?
Yes, we are working and taking safety precautions in our studio. Our team is small to keep the work environment safe. We wear masks when working on-site setting up and breaking down weddings for the safety of our clients and our team. We are compliant with the up to date state requirements.
IF MY WEDDING IS CANCELLED DO I GET A REFUND?
Our booking policy requires a non-refundable deposit. We save our clients' event date over a year in advance in most cases, making that date unavailable to any potential clients. If you wedding is canceled or rescheduled due to covid-19, we will honor a transfer to a new date as long as it's within 365 days of your orignal booking date.
WHAT IF MY WEDDING DATE IS CHANGED DUE TO COVID-19?
We are honoring any date changes due to Covid-19 without any additional charges for doing so. Please notify us as soon as you change the date so we can accommodate your new date and make sure sure we are available to perform the services agreed upon. You have 365 days to honor this date change.
DOES LAVENDERS CREATE A MOOD BOARD FOR ME?
Yes, we create a custom mood board in a mulit-page Floral Design Proposal we create for our Lavenders Studio clients. Each wedding we design is uniquely you. Our Gathered clients get a single page Mood Board to help capture their sami-custom vision.
