So we know this is the stuff nobody wants to read — but there are a lot of important details here that lay out exactly what to expect and protect both of us in the process. Please take a few minutes to read through. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions set forth below. 1. PROGRAM ACCESS & STRUCTURE

À La Carte Made Easy ("Course") is a self-paced digital program designed to be completed on your own timeline.

Course materials are hosted on Thinkific, a third-party platform. Access to the course is contingent upon maintaining an active Thinkific account and is subject to Thinkific's own Terms of Service. Lavenders Floral is not responsible for any technical issues, outages, or changes made by Thinkific to their platform. By enrolling, you agree to comply with Thinkific's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

As part of your 2026 enrollment, your purchase includes:
  •  Lifetime access to all course materials
  •  One (1) private one-hour coaching session with Janelle Thomson, redeemable only upon full completion of the Course

The included coaching session is specific to the Spring 2026 session and must be scheduled no later than July 31, 2026. Students are encouraged to complete the course within 3.5 months of enrollment in order to take advantage of the included coaching session before the expiration date. Coaching is only available after course completion, is non-transferable, and has no cash value. Sessions not scheduled by the expiration date will be forfeited without refund or credit.

Enrollment is limited and non-transferable. Your seat in this course may not be sold, gifted, or reassigned to another individual.

2. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of this course and the immediate availability of course materials upon purchase, no refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content — including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, templates, pricing tools, frameworks, worksheets, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Lavenders Floral and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal business purposes only.

You may not:
  •  Share, distribute, reproduce, or republish any course materials in any format
  •  Teach, resell, sublicense, or repurpose the content in whole or in part
  •  Provide access to any third party
  •  Screenshot, record, or duplicate any portion of the course for external use

Unauthorized use of course materials may result in legal action and termination of your access without refund.

4. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

This course is designed to provide education, tools, and frameworks for building an à la carte floral service. However, individual results are not guaranteed.

Your outcomes will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to your effort, experience level, local market conditions, business structure, and implementation of course concepts. Lavenders Floral makes no representations or warranties regarding specific business results, income, or success.

5. COACHING SESSION DISCLAIMER

The included one-hour coaching session is intended for educational and strategic support related to your floral business only. Janelle Thomson is not acting in the capacity of a licensed financial advisor, accountant, attorney, therapist, or any other licensed professional. Nothing discussed during the coaching session constitutes professional financial, legal, or business advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lavenders Floral, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in this course, your use of course materials, or the implementation of any strategies or concepts taught in the course.

In no event shall Lavenders Floral's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the course.

7. NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You agree not to make any public statements — whether written, verbal, or digital, including but not limited to social media posts, online reviews, or public forums — that are false, misleading, or harmful to the reputation of Lavenders Floral, Janelle Thomson, or any associated offerings.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Lavenders Floral shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, illness, technical failures, government actions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill our commitments or communicate with you as promptly as possible.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in California in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Lavenders Floral with respect to the Course and supersede any prior communications or representations. Lavenders Floral reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of course materials following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.
