Gathered by Lavenders

Dream up your flowers and see your estimate

Gathered by Lavenders is our semi-custom, à la carte floral service, a sister offering to our full service at Lavenders Flowers.

A few quick questions before our design chat, so I can come with ideas made just for you. This is all about the size and fullness of your flowers and finding the right budget. Every vase is included and yours to keep, and the colors, textures and overall feeling come later, once you've booked.

About 5 to 10 minutes · No flower names needed · "Not sure yet" is always a perfect answer

Read more about each step
  1. Your design chatA relaxed 15-minute call about your guest count, ceremony, tables and budget. Keep this form handy, or be near a computer so we can look at the collection together.I'll recommend the best mix of pieces for your budget, things you might not have thought of when browsing online, and let you know whether your order needs delivery, setup or clean up. Right after our call, I'll send your personalized invoice.
  2. Reserve your dateA 50% deposit reserves your date, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. You don't need to have everything figured out to book. Most couples don't know their final table count or exact colors months ahead, and that's completely normal. We'll fine-tune it all together on our calls.
  3. Your Vision QuestionnaireOnce you've booked, you'll receive your Vision Questionnaire. This is where I get to know your wedding beyond the order: your overall aesthetic, favorite inspiration images or Pinterest board, color palette, vase preferences, ribbon selections, and delivery or pickup details. No flower names needed, just how you want it to feel. And send your Pinterest board as messy as it is. Finding the theme is my job.
  4. Your custom mood boardWithin two weeks of your completed questionnaire, we'll build a mood board together that captures the feeling of your day: your colors, textures, and the flowers that tell your story. It's our shared visual language, so nothing gets lost between your Pinterest saves and the final arrangements.Gathered is a designer's choice service, so your mood board is how we make sure we're aligned before flowers are ordered. It's also the guide my wholesalers and production team use when designing. Your package includes three versions, your first board plus two rounds of edits, so there's room to refine until it feels just right.
  5. Clarity Call (optional)Many couples love their mood board right away, while others enjoy talking through the finer details. Whenever you're ready, we can hop on a call to review your mood board, ask questions or adjust your order.Afterward, I'll send any mood board updates along with any invoice changes for your approval.
  6. Finishing Touches callAbout 40 days before your wedding, we'll reconnect to review your order, delivery timeline, setup logistics or pickup details, and any remaining questions before your final payment is due. It's also the perfect time to add pieces from our Private Collection, like candles, ceremony stands and pedestals. All changes are finalized before your final payment, 30 days before your wedding.
  7. Your wedding dayYour flowers are designed fresh for your wedding. Depending on your order, we'll prepare and pack everything for pickup at our studio, or deliver and set up your flowers on site.At the end of the night, we can return to collect any rentals and clean up, or you can keep all the flowers for your family to enjoy for days to come.

Step 3 of 9

Your ceremony

Ceremony flowers are priced by how many feet of florals we design, and the arches below are to help you picture how much each option includes so you can find your budget. Your ceremony doesn't have to have an arch at all! The same amount of flowers could become a floral backdrop, a meadow along the ground, or big lush clusters on pedestals. Once you've booked, we'll design the shape together.

Ceremony flowers are installed on site, so every ceremony design includes setup: at least 1 hour for Simple and Sweet, and at least 2 hours for Moderate and Abundant.

Along the aisle

Your aisle

About how long?

Most ceremonies seat about 8 guests on each side of the aisle, and each row adds about 3.5 feet. Add your guest count on step 1, and I'll estimate your aisle length.

Aisle meadow arrangements

Each meadow arrangement is $398 and about 24 inches wide. How closely they're spaced depends on the level you choose and the length of your aisle, so a fuller level on a shorter aisle sits closer together. Fine-tune the number below, and we'll perfect the layout together. They're designed in low, long vessels and are too large for studio pickup, so they need delivery. We can drop them off for your team to place, or add setup and place them for you.

Welcome and cocktail hour

After the ceremony, a few flowers welcome your guests and help them find their seats. A little candlelight and a few blooms make cocktail hour feel special.

I always recommend a little candlelight. Votives are candle rentals, so adding them includes clean up at the end of the night.

Reception tables

This is what your guests will be looking at all evening, so pick the look you love and I'll take care of all the little details.

Step 6 of 9

Candlelight

Candlelight makes everything glow, and all of our candles are rentals from our Private Collection. Pick any that feel like you, so choose how much glow you'd like on each table.

Candles are rentals, so clean up at the end of the night is included whenever you choose a package.

Step 7 of 9

A few extras

Want to add a few finishing touches, like urns, a statement arrangement or a cake topper? These are completely optional.

Step 8 of 9

Getting flowers to you

Tell me how you'd like your flowers to get to you and what help you'd love on the day. These are just a reference for now, since I'll look over your order and your venue's logistics to work out the final labor together.
