You’re on the books now!
Welcome to the Gathered family, where we dream up your flowers together
We're so happy you're here. Your date is reserved, and now the fun begins. We'll be with you every step of the way. Before we meet again, we have a few questions for you. Take as much time as you need on each step. You don't need to know anything about flowers. We care most about how you want your day to feel, and our job is to make that possible through flowers.

Before you answer our questions
A few things to gather
To reach your perfect day, you don't have to start perfect. Messy or uncertain is welcome. Our job is to translate your needs into an outcome you'll love.
- Your inspiration: at least three images that inspire you. They don't even have to be flowers. A pair of shoes or a painting you saw at a museum will do. You're free to share your whole Pinterest board as well.
- Your colors: if you don't know them yet, we'll discover them together. You can tell us a feeling, like "warm and golden" or "soft and romantic."
- Your day-of contact: the person we'll coordinate with on your wedding day.
Tips if you need themDesigner's choice, changes, vases, clean up and candles
- Gathered is designer's choice, and our goal is to nail it. We truly want to bring your vision to life. That's how Janelle earned the nickname Flower Fairy Godmother!
- You don't have to know everything yet. Fill this out as best you can and don't overthink it. We'll talk through anything you're unsure of on your Clarity Call.
- Changes are welcome up until your final payment, 30 days before your wedding. Gathered is meant to be flexible and make planning as stress-free as possible.
- Your vases are included in your pricing, and they're yours to keep, with nothing to return. The one exception is a piece designed in something from our Private Collection, like an urn, and we'll talk that through case by case.
- Didn't book clean up? Clearing your flowers at the end of the night will be up to you and your team.
- Adding candles later? Votives, pillars and tapers from our Private Collection always include clean up at the end of the night, so we can collect them.

Questions couples often ask
Can I choose specific flowers?
Designer's choice is part of the Gathered service. You share your colors, inspiration and the feeling you love, and we design with the most beautiful flowers in season, guided by your mood board. Specialty flowers, like calla lilies, anthuriums, orchids and hanging amaranthus, incur a surcharge.
What's the minimum for Gathered?
Gathered orders start at $1,000. If your vision grows past about $10,000 to $15,000, our full-service Lavenders Studio experience may be a better fit, and we're happy to talk through the difference.
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit reserves your date, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.
Can I make changes after I book?
Yes! You can adjust your order on your Clarity Call or Finishing Touches Call. If you add pieces, delivery, setup and clean up may change too, since they grow with your order. All changes are finalized before your final payment, 30 days before your wedding.
When should I use my Clarity Call?
Once you've seen your mood board, book it whenever it's most helpful. Use it right away to review your board or anything we missed, or save it for a touch-base closer to your wedding, like six months out if you booked a year ahead. Some couples love their mood board and never need it, or prefer a quick email instead. It's there for you either way.
Do you deliver and set up?
You can pick up your flowers at our studio, or we can deliver to your venue. Setup and clean up are optional, with two exceptions: ceremony flowers include on-site setup, and candle rentals include clean up at the end of the night so we can collect them.
What's included in the price?
Every vase is included in the price of your arrangements, and they're yours to take home, with nothing to return. The one exception is a piece designed in something from our Private Collection, like an urn, and we'll talk that through case by case. Your initial vision questions, a mood board with three versions, an optional Clarity Call and your Finishing Touches Call are included too. If you'd like extra design time beyond those calls, we're happy to set up a creative call, billed hourly.
How do rentals work?
Candles, pedestals and stands come from our Private Collection and are returned at clean up. A card on file covers anything lost or damaged.
How do I keep my flowers fresh after pickup?
Treat them like a new puppy! Bring them straight home or to your venue, keep them somewhere cool and out of the sun, and never leave them in a warm car. A few minutes in a hot car can wilt even the freshest blooms.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens. If you need to cancel, your payments are refunded minus a 20% admin fee. Your Gathered terms explain cancellations in full.
