How it Works
pre-booking ▾
Complimentary Proposal Review call (30 minutes) to review the proposed details and make any pre-booking adjustments.
Post booking ▾
Within 30 days of booking, we will provide a Floral Design Deck with visual examples for each of the Floral Design Details outlined, including a floral wishlist listing the flowers we plan to source.

Design Desk Review meeting (1-hour) via Zoom to review your Design Deck and make any adjustments to tell your unique story..
90 days before your event ▾
In-person (or virtual) mock-up meeting. Lavenders provided a tabletop mockup with a physical sample of the floral and votive selection. Update floral budget range.
60 days before your event ▾
Final Review call (30-minutes) call to review the final event design details and confirm any changes or additions needed.
30 days before your event ▾
The final payment is due. Lavenders will send the final Floral Design Deck with any and all updates complete.
