What the heck is my Floral Blueprint all about?
In short- it’s a multi-page goldmine for event florists, my personal project manager. It contains the roadmap for how I manage, organize, and systemize each wedding production. It includes my ingredient calculator, client intake profile, weekly/day-of schedule, packing lists, budget keeper, floral design proposal calculator, and my floral order form.
This blueprint came from a personal need for systemization. After years of not making money in my floral business (essentially having an expensive hobby), I finally created a system that tracked each job, helped write my floral recipes, kept my team in the loop, and gave me a straightforward way to handle each budget. I was over-ordering flowers, pricing emotionally, my labor costs were all over the place, and my communication with clients and planners was inconsistent. Without my Floral Blueprint, I was reinventing the wheel with my processes for each new client. This system got me to where I am now and allowed me to start my second business Tono + Co. It’s the one thing that is stable in the unpredictable world of florals. It’s my north star - a culmination of 10 years in the making. I know first hand and from past students - it’s the bee's knees!

Yes, there is a 3-month payment plan, but you will save a little mula by paying upfront.
Will you be covering specific floral mechanics?
No, this is specifically focused on the business of florals and not the art of making and designing floral pieces.
Are we putting together physical floral arrangements in this class?
No, this is a digital business class about the behind the scenes workings of your floral design business.

Nowadays there are so many workshops on the market and I’m getting a bit burnt out by big promises and not a lot of deliverables. Is there a guarantee or refund policy?
To qualify for a full or partial refund you must show up to ALL 12 meetings and complete the homework. Upon completion of the course, if you feel unsatisfied with the Mastermind, I will refund you 50% to cover the cost of the Master Project Manager you will have been given access to. If you feel like the workshop is not a good fit after the first class, you will be able to receive a full refund. To qualify for a full refund you are required to notify me via email within 48 hours of the first class in order to receive the refund.
